A interpretation of a site, a detention camp that I visited in the South of Lebanon. The detention camp or prison was created by Israelis and Lebanese agents. The interpretation of that site can be analyzed in terms of an experience of pain as opposed to pleasure and it is marked by the body resistance.

 

This installation speaks to the complexity of the present mediating conditional information of power relations between American and the Middle East. The spiral represents a dominant structure of surveillance over a mad activity of struggle for freedom
